SP-6 MKII, 5 colours automatic screen printer. It is a 5 colours screen printer fitted with 5 print heads & 5 UV curing units.
The system is extremely compact with small footprint of only 1,705mm (L), 1,520mm (W) & 1,860mm (H). It is fitted with automated loading & unloading features with 6 spindles in & 6 spindles out. Simple set up & quick changeover capability with precision printing & excellent repeatability of up to 2,200 cds
& more per hour based on 5 colours. The system is fully control by a single board with multiple CPUs. The index table is cam driven by a high precision cam indexer. Accurate turntable with pneumatic position locking mechanism. 5 colours on line registration using units of micro-cameras to capture & display an exact enlargement image on the monitors. SP-6 is an affordable 5 colours automatic screen printer with standard & special features.
